It's provided for personal, household use to support family conversations — it is not therapy, counselling, or professional advice, and isn't a substitute for professional support where someone feels unsafe or conflict is severe.

Purchase and delivery On completing payment, you'll receive a link to download The Family Reset. Delivery is instant and digital — there is no physical shipment.

Your licence to use it When you buy The Family Reset, you get a personal licence to use it with your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly (including posting them online or sharing with people outside your household).

Pricing All prices are invoiced in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is what you pay.

Liability While we've put care into creating this resource, family circumstances vary, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes for your family. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of The Family Reset.
