FOR FAMILIES WITH PRE-TEENS & TEENS

Less conflict. More connection.

Get back on the same team with a practical, self-guided family workshop that helps you step out of the everyday battles, reconnect and work out together how you want family life to feel.

FAMILY LIFE CHANGES

Somewhere along the way, everything got a bit harder

The kids are older. Everyone has their own opinions, schedules and screens. Simple requests can turn into arguments, and you find yourself repeating the same things over and over.

Maybe there’s more tension than you’d like. Or maybe you’re not arguing all the time. You just don’t feel quite as connected as you used to.

You don’t need a perfect family. You’d just like home to feel a little calmer, closer and more like you’re working together.

MEET THE FAMILY RESET

A practical way to get your family back on the same team

The Family Reset is a guided, self-led family workshop designed for families with pre-teens and teens.

Instead of handing down another set of rules, it gives everyone a chance to have a say. You’ll work through simple activities together to talk about what’s working, what’s tricky and what you want family life to look like.

By the end, you’ll have created your own Family Charter — with shared values, promises and small changes you can actually take into everyday life.

HOW IT WORKS

One family. One reset. A few simple steps

01‍ ‍

Start separately

Parents and teens each have their own workbook, giving everyone space to think about family life from their point of view before coming together.

02‍ ‍

Come together

Use the Family Workbook to guide the conversation. You’ll talk about what’s working, what’s tricky and what matters most to your family, with everyone getting a say.

03‍ ‍

Create your Family Charter

Turn the conversation into something practical: shared values, promises and expectations, plus small actions each person can take into everyday family life.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF FAMILY CONVERSATION

It’s not about getting your teen to agree with you.

The Family Reset isn’t a new set of rules to hand down or another family meeting where the adults do all the talking.

Everyone gets their own space to think first. Then, when you come together, everyone gets a voice in what your family wants to stand for and how you want to treat each other.

You might not agree on everything, and that’s OK. The goal is to create more understanding, shared ownership and a sense that you’re working with each other, rather than against each other.

Everything you need to guide your family reset

WHAT’S INCLUDED

No planning the conversation or figuring out what to say. The downloadable toolkit guides you through the process from the first individual activities to creating your Family Charter together.

PARENT + TEEN WORKBOOKS

WONDERING IF IT’LL WORK FOR YOUR FAMILY?

Your teen doesn’t have to be enthusiastic from the start

That’s OK. They don’t need to love the idea. Their workbook gives them space to think privately first, and the process is designed so they have a genuine say when you come together.

“My teen will roll their eyes”

“We don’t have hours for this”

You don’t need to do everything at once. The Family Reset can be broken into manageable chunks and picked up again when your family has time.

“What if we don’t agree?”

You probably won’t agree on everything. That isn’t the goal. The aim is to understand each other better and find enough common ground to decide how you want family life to work.

READY FOR A RESET?

Less battling. More listening. More feeling like a team.

The Family Reset gives you a practical way to step out of the same old patterns and create something together.
